On October 12th, Weld County Court provided the first receipt for sealed visitor logs involving the defendant [Chris Watts]. On September 24th the court had ordered that visitor logs be furnished by the 10th of each month.

The court was provided with a sealed envelope containing the names of confidential visitors and visits from August 16 – October 8.
